"Each student has their own individual learning style”Having spent most of his career behind the wheel, Wayne has in excess of 20 years experience as an LGV Class 1 driver, so has supported many new drivers over the years. Wayne brings reliability, patience and a reassuring calm to your driving lessons. With his experience on the roads, he’s always one step ahead.
Wayne’s expertise, combined with his methodical approach helps learners gain their confidence with ease and he will most certainly get you on the road to success! Wayne is very popular with our pupils.

“Learning to drive can be fun too!”Tracy has always had a gentle, encouraging and measured approach to training students. As well as being a fully qualified driving instructor she’s a trainer with the Ambulance Service, teaching health advisors how to clearly and calmly deal with emergency situations.
Used to keeping a level head, Tracy prepares her students well before they even start up the engine. By discussing how each student learns, finding out what skills they already have and tailoring each lesson to their own individual needs, she always gets the best results from her students. She encourages even the most fearful driver to find an inner confidence and euphoria at their new-found driving skills whilst making lessons fun along the way!
Tracy’s passionate about giving her pupils all the skills they need – not just to pass their test on the day – but to be safe drivers for life.

Having spent over 20 years working in the Electrical Industry, safety has been paramount in every part of my work.
I am naturally calm, safety conscience, and observant which I believe are some of the necessary qualities required for a good driving instructor.
I have always enjoyed driving and remember the day I passed my own test, it gave me a far greater sense of independence and freedom knowing that I could travel anywhere either on my own or take road trips with my friends and open up possibilities for future locations whether it be for business or pleasure. I found driving not only enjoyable but also relieved my stress levels as I am a calm driver who likes to make the best of each journey.
I have had experience in driving many types of vehicles up to 3.5tonnes and have found that maintaining an acute sense of awareness has ensured that my driving has remained an enjoyable experience.
I am very much looking forward to meeting new people and more so, assisting those embarking in learning a new skill to not only learn safely and correctly but in a manner that they too enjoy the process as much as I did.
The passing of your driving test is a liberation for your future which opens up so many possibilities which would otherwise be closed. It will be such a privilege to be involved in the journey of those seeking the essential skills to enjoy safe and pleasurable driving for now and the future. This is something I will never tire from being involved in.

Driving Instructor
Ever since qualifying as a sailing instructor at 18, I've absolutely loved seeing that "eureka" moment when someone accomplishes something new thanks to their hard work and my tuition. Driving has equally always been a huge part of my life, growing up in an area with no public transport meant that passing at 17 gave me true freedom - an amazing feeling I cannot wait to pass on to students.
Previously in sales roles, I was covering huge amounts of miles and seeing some less than ideal driving. I'm keen to facilitate a supportive learning environment whereby we focus on acquiring the skills to become “safe drivers for life”. Ensuring that even after they've passed and driving independently that they are thinking through their actions and how they may affect other road users.
Being a driving instructor is something I've always wanted to do and I'm looking forward to getting to know students and assisting them in their path to achieving their independence.

After more than 20 years in Retail Management and Training, Lisa decided to undertake some re-training herself.
Combining the skills developed from years of one to one instruction, with the experience gained from driving all over the country for work, becoming a Driving Instructor has proven to be a natural fit.
Lisa is passionate about teaching people to drive safely, and with her attention to detail is able to ensure her pupils can achieve just that. Lisa has a warm, friendly personality and has the ability to adapt her approach to meet her pupils needs, having gained a wealth of knowledge teaching people across all ages and levels of ability.
Lisa first develops a safe driving approach as a sound foundation to build upon, before equipping her pupils with all the skills they need to pass their test and go onto a lifetime of safe driving.

Driving Instructor
“Driving is an essential life skill, but it is so important to be taught how to drive safely.”
When my wife Lisa became a driving instructor, I gained valuable insight into what it means to do the job, and just how rewarding it can be. I also saw the level of responsibility involved in teaching people to drive safely.
Prior to Pebbles, I spent twenty plus years in one of the world’s largest logistics and supply chain companies. One aspect of my job I really enjoyed was providing training on international supply chain management. I devised and delivered training courses to thousands of people from across all ages, levels, and areas of this global company. A big supporter of the company graduate scheme, I made a place for at least two graduates each year into my team, giving them the training and skills, they needed to progress in the business. I also worked with schools in Northamptonshire and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport to develop a recognised qualification in Logistics for school leavers.
As a Pebbles Driving Instructor, I have been able to combine my skills and experience in training, with my passion for safe driving and take these out onto the road together.
